Here’s what it actually looks like to work with us, start to finish.
Client Onboarding
This is where we ask a lot of questions. Your wish list, your budget, the things you love, the things you absolutely can’t stand — we want it all on the table before any design work starts. It can feel like overkill in the moment, but it’s how we avoid costly guesswork later. You’ll walk away from our kickoff meeting with a real plan, not just a vibe.
Spatial & Architectural Design
Before we touch a single finish or fabric, we figure out how your home should actually work. That means floor plans, electrical, structure – the unglamorous stuff that everything else depends on. Skip this step and you end up with a beautiful room that doesn’t quite function. We won’t let that happen.
Design Development
This is the part clients tend to love most — the first time the whole vision comes together in one room. Materials, renders, samples, usually some snacks. We work hard until it’s right, weighing what looks good against what actually holds up over time.
Procurement & Documentation
Once designs are approved, we translate them into construction drawings – all the details your contractor and trades will build from. This is where our attention to detail really shows: nothing ambiguous, nothing left for someone to guess on-site. Then we handle the ordering, tracking, and delivery of everything, checking it over as it arrives so problems get caught before they become your problem.
Design Oversight
Once construction is underway, questions always come up, and small ones can turn into big ones fast if nobody’s watching. We’re on-site for every major milestone to make calls, catch issues, and keep the project true to the design we all signed off on.
Installation & Final Walk
After months of decisions, this is the payoff. We handle the final details — styling, art, the last touches that make a house feel finished — and walk the space with you before you officially call it home.
