Alameda Addition

We were approached by a builder to pick the finishes and colors for this historical remodel. The original 1900's bungalow was getting a face-lift (literally getting lifted with a second story and basement addition!) We had 5 bathrooms, a kitchen and lighting scheme that needed to be a cohesive story. We wanted to make sure that the elements and colors added were going to be a nod to the history of this house, but also offer the next generation of homeowners a touch of modern luxury.
We chose to lean into the green color, marble veining, brass, dark stone and wood tones to really maintain cohesion across the 3 floors of living.
