Modern Farmhouse without the Farm

This new construction build needed touches to set it apart from other builds. This home was deemed a "modern farmhouse" that is very popular to the masses, but we decided to stretch that theme a little, add some of our trademark color, and keep it from feeling too one dimensional.

Special decisions included contrast trim and black interior doors that just make the usual feel a bit more special. The island is a gorgeous deep blue green and the kitchen backsplash tile has a hint of texture to keep it from feeling too boring.

The main floor bathroom is a true star with the tried and true combination of blue, brass and warm wood. It turned out so subtly stunning!

The primary ensuite and upstairs bathroom both received a nod to the farmhouse trend with a black and white patterned tile partnered with more elevated fixtures to really up the elegance factor.

We hope the future homeowners love all the unexpected touches that accompanied this new build.
