Vista Brook Home Remodel
This tri-level home in the Vista Brook neighborhood was given a big upgrade to support multi-generational living. First, the kitchen and powder bath on the main floor were completely transformed - removing walls and changing the layout to create a more open, usable space. There were two entrances to the back deck - we closed one off to make a large pantry area and reoriented the powder bath to give more space to the kitchen.
The laundry room and full bath were part of the basement and barely finished. We gave more space to the bathroom and reconfigured the laundry room to add lots of storage and counter space. In the basement area we added a third window, built-ins, and closed off the bedroom to create a truly separate living space.
The green tones and warm wood are a through line for the entire home, while the floors (both refinished hardwoods and terra cotta tiles) add a bit of extra warmth.
