Moody, magnificent primary bathroom

One request we get more than any other: please give my '90s ('80s, 2000s) bathroom some character! We are so happy to deliver on this request. Reality is that many houses built in the 80s-2010s have very little defining character. The spaces really fall flat and homeowners don't feel at home in them. For this en suite bathroom, the homeowners had already added in some touches of what they loved of mid-century modern character throughout their home: wood tones, clean lines, and color. With this in mind, we happily obliged in creating this moody yet cheerful bathroom. Without overcommitting to an architecture style that doesn't exist in the home, we pulled in elements like a furniture style vanity and a wall of stacked blue tile to define the space. Classic elements like a marble floor and a complementary white tiled shower completed the transformation to a mid-century-inspired take on traditional style.
